“You have to get lost, accept a secret pact who contemplares the victory of sense over reason… Walk aimlessly among its flour plaster, corroded bricks. It has strong odors Ortigia; the smell of the water and stone, the smell of cats that live in it, you can breathe the smell of the sea and laundry that flood the streets and let them become a perfumed river.”
